Effective Date: July 29, 2026 · Last Updated: July 29, 2026

Welcome to TravelPakistani.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website (https://www.travelpakistani.com/), applying for visa/LOI/NOC services, or booking tour packages, transport, hotels, and guided experiences.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or making a booking with TravelPakistani, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use our services.

1. Scope of Services

TravelPakistani provides travel management and tour operation services within Pakistan for international and domestic travelers. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Visa Documentation & Letters of Invitation (LOI): Issuing verified Letters of Invitation (LOI) to assist foreign nationals with Pakistani e-Visa applications.
  • Security & NOC Clearances: Facilitating No Objection Certificates (NOC) for Chinese citizens and international corporate/diplomatic delegations traveling outside Islamabad.
  • Tour Packages & Expeditions: Guided cultural, heritage, desert, and high-altitude mountain trekking tours (e.g., Hunza Valley, Skardu, Fairy Meadows, K2 Base Camp).
  • Ground Logistics: Arranging private transfers (SUV 4x4 Jeeps, luxury sedans, coaster buses), domestic flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and licensed multilingual tour guides.
  • Permits & Drone Clearances: Assisting media and film teams with filming permits and drone clearances via relevant authorities.

2. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

A. Reservation & Deposit

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from TravelPakistani and payment of the required deposit.

Deposit amounts vary based on the itinerary type (e.g., standard tours vs. high-altitude trekking expeditions) and will be clearly specified during the quotation stage.

B. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank wire transfers, or approved online payment gateways.

All transaction fees or foreign currency exchange charges incurred during payment are the responsibility of the client.

C. Final Balance

The remaining balance must be cleared prior to arrival or as per the specific payment schedule provided in your tour agreement. Failure to settle balances on time may result in booking cancellation without a deposit refund.

3. Visas, Letters of Invitation (LOI) & NOC Regulations

A. Government Discretion

TravelPakistani issues Letters of Invitation (LOI) based on verified client information. However, the granting of an e-Visa remains at the sole discretion of the Government of Pakistan and NADRA (visa.nadra.gov.pk). TravelPakistani is not liable for visa rejections, delays, or government policy changes.

B. NOC Requirements for Chinese Nationals & Special Groups

Chinese citizens traveling outside Islamabad on tourist or business visas are required under local security regulations to possess an official NOC. While TravelPakistani assists in processing complete NOC paperwork, approval is governed by district administrations and security agencies.

C. Accuracy of Client Information

Clients must provide 100% accurate passport details, dates, and documentation. Any discrepancies that cause visa delays, border clearance issues, or NOC rejections are the client’s sole responsibility.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

A. Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply based on when written notice is received by TravelPakistani:

  • 30+ Days Prior to Departure: Loss of non-refundable deposit (and non-recoverable flight/hotel fees).
  • 15 to 29 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total tour cost charged.
  • Less than 15 Days / No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost charged (no refund).

Note: Fees paid for official LOI issuance, NOC processing, or issued domestic flight tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances once processed.

B. Cancellation or Itinerary Changes by TravelPakistani

Due to mountain weather conditions, landslides, high-altitude road blockages, airport delays (e.g., Gilgit/Skardu flights), or national security directives, TravelPakistani reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries in the interest of safety.

In the rare event that TravelPakistani must cancel a tour prior to departure due to operational reasons, clients will receive a full refund or an equivalent credit toward future travel.

5. Travel Insurance & Health Requirements

A. Mandatory Travel Insurance

All international travelers booking tours with TravelPakistani are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance.

B. High-Altitude Trekking Rider

For high-altitude itineraries (Skardu, Hunza, Deosai Plains, K2 Base Camp, Fairy Meadows), clients must ensure their insurance explicitly covers high-altitude trekking (up to 4,000m+) and emergency helicopter evacuation. TravelPakistani is not responsible for helicopter evacuation costs incurred due to medical emergencies or altitude sickness.

C. Health Fitness

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the chosen itinerary. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to TravelPakistani prior to booking.

6. Drones and Filming Equipment

  • Consumer or commercial drones cannot be brought into or flown within Pakistan without official clearance permits from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and security agencies.
  • Unapproved drones are subject to confiscation at international airports.
  • TravelPakistani accepts no liability for confiscated equipment or legal consequences if a traveler flies a drone in unauthorized zones.

7. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk: Travel in developing regions and high-altitude mountain environments involves inherent risks (including unpredictable weather, rugged terrain, limited medical infrastructure, and road delays). Clients voluntarily assume all associated risks upon booking.

Limitation: TravelPakistani, its directors, employees, and local partners shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, loss of baggage, flight delays, weather disruptions, or indirect losses arising from your travel.

8. Local Laws, Etiquette & Conduct

  • Clients must adhere to the laws, customs, and security guidelines of Pakistan at all times.
  • Respectful conduct regarding local culture, modest dress standards, religious sites, and photography restrictions (e.g., no photographing military checkpoints or government installations) is mandatory.
  • TravelPakistani reserves the right to terminate the service of any traveler whose behavior causes disruption, safety risks, or illegal activity, without refund.

9. Force Majeure

TravelPakistani shall not be held liable or deemed in breach of contract for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, earthquakes, severe weather, landslides, civil unrest, government restrictions, border closures, road blockages, strikes, or epidemics.

10. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on TravelPakistani.com — including text, logos, tour itineraries, graphics, and images — is the intellectual property of TravelPakistani. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
